手足口病应用丙种球蛋白的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨手足口病应用丙种球蛋白的效果及护理方法。方法将216例手足口病患儿随机分为观察组116例和对照组100例,两组患儿均行抗炎、抗病毒及营养支持治疗基础上,观察组静脉滴入丙种球蛋白。观察两组患儿热退、神经症状消失、食欲改善、效果情况。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组在体温消退、神经症状消失、食欲改善、疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发热及有神经系统症状患儿早期应用丙球治疗手足口,效果显著。Objective To explore effectiveness of Gamma Globulin in Hand-foot-mouth disease and nursing. Methods 216 children patients were randomly divided into observation group116 and control group 100. The patients in both groups were treated with anti-inflanmatory and anti-viral drugs and nutritional support.In the observation group intravenous infusion Gamma Globulin. The body temperature of the children patients retured to normal were observed with neurological symptoms disappeared, appetite improved, the effect situation. Results Observed compared with the control group, the observation group in body temperature subsided, neurological symptoms, appetitei mproved, more effective than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Fever and neurological symptoms in children with early application of gamma globulin therapy Hand-foot- mouth, the effect is significant.
