摘　　要：目的探讨分段齿形结扎皮桥整形术加大黄苦柏汤坐浴治疗混合痔的临床观察。方法选取我科于2010~2012年运用分段齿形结扎皮挤整形术加中药坐浴治疗124例混合痔患者的临床疗效进行分析。结果治愈121例,好转3例,总有效率100%。结论该疗法可以减少术后并发症、促进创口愈合,缩短疗程,具有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the segmented tooth ligation anaplasty increase yellow skin bridge bitter soup parker sitz bath clinical observation for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Select our department from 2010 to 2012 Years using segmented tooth ligation leather squeeze plastic surgery plus Chinese medicine sitz bath treatment the curative effect of 124 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were analyzed. Results 121 cases cured and 3 cases were improved The total effective rate 100%. Conclusion This therapy can reduce postoperative complications and promote wound healing, shorten period of treatment, has the remarkable curative effect.
