老年呼吸系统疾病与2型糖尿病的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究老年呼吸系统疾病与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性,为提高其诊断及治疗水平提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法对我院2005年到2013年460例呼吸系统疾病合并T2DM的患者进行总结分析,通过了解其发病情况和分布特点,研究老年呼吸系统疾病与T2DM的相关性。结果呼吸系统疾病合并T2DM总患病率为13.49%,老年组高于非老年组(14.74%vs7.50%,P<0.01),结果具有统计学意义;老年组糖化血红蛋白在正常范围的比率低于非老年组(P<0.05),老年组正常范围比例为13.95%,非老年组正常化范围比例为32.50%,结果具有统计学意义;老年组尿微量白蛋白阳性率高于非老年组(P<0.05),老年组阳性率为67.89%,非老年组阳性率为36.25%,结果具有统计学意义。结论老年患者呼吸系统疾病合并T2DM的患病率高于非老年患者,糖尿病合并呼吸系统疾病的主要原因是血糖控制不佳及合并糖尿病肾病,同时监测血糖在治疗呼吸系统疾病时是非常重要的。Objective To study the elderly respiratory system disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),provide the basis for improve the level of its diagnosis and treatment.Methods Use retrospective study methods in our hospital from 2005 to 2013,460 patients with respiratory system diseases combined T2DM summarized analysis,by understanding the incidence and distribution characteristics,to study the elderly respiratory system disease and T2DM.Results The total prevalence of respiratory diseases combined T2DM is 13.49%,elderly group was higher than non elderly group(14.74%vs7.50%,P < 0.01),and the results have statistical significance;Elderly group glycosylated hemoglobin in the normal range of ratio is lower than the elderly group(P<0.05),the elderly group to 13.95% normal range,normalizing the elderly group to 32.50%,range,the results have statistical significance;Elderly group urine trace albumin positive rate is higher than the elderly group(P<0.05),the elderly group positive rate was 67.89%,the elderly group positive rate was 32.50%,statistically significant results.Conclusion The prevalence of elderly patients with respiratory system diseases combined T2DM is higher than non elderly patients;The main cause of diabetes with respiratory system diseases is poor blood sugar control and combination of diabetic nephropathy. Monitoring blood glucose in the treatment of respiratory diseases at the same time is very important.
