摘　　要：针灸治疗顽固性面瘫方法多样,疗效确切。特种针法包括皮肤针、眼钟、三棱针、温针及穴位注射疗法等。建议临床观察与基础科研相结合,进而得到简、便、效、糜的针刺方法以应用于临床。The acupuncture treatment of intractable facial paralysis is varied with curative effect.Special acupuncture needle include skin needle,eye needle,three-edged needle,warmling acupuncture and acupoint injection therapy.It is recommended that clinical observation and basic scientific research should be combined,and then to find the application of acupuncture method which is simple,effective,low cost in clinical practice.
