摘 要:以石棉尾矿酸浸后所得多孔SiO2为载体,采用水热法制备出多孔SiO2/CuO复合材料,研究水热温度、SiO2与CuO质量比即m(SiO2)/m(CuO)对产物光催化性能的影响。利用N2吸附脱附、X线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见光吸收(UV-vis)等技术对产物进行表征,通过产物对黄药的可见光催化降解考察其催化性能。研究结果表明:采用水热法可制备表面包覆CuO的多孔SiO2/CuO复合材料;水热温度为120℃时所制备的多孔SiO2/CuO复合材料,其比表面积高达146.11 m2/g;样品具有较高的光催化活性,在可见光范围内对质量浓度为80 mg/L黄药在2 h内降解率可达到75%;样品光催化活性随m(SiO2)/m(CuO)增大而降低;当m(SiO2)/m(CuO)为2:1时,样品光催化活性最强。Porous SiO2 /CuO composite was prepared by hydrothermal method with porous SiO2 as supporter,which was obtained through leaching asbestos tailings by acid.The effects of hydrothermal temperature and the mass ratio of SiO2 to CuO(i.e.m(SiO2)/m(CuO)) were investigated.The obtained products were characterized by Nitrogen adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and UV-vis absorption spectra.Their photocatalytic performance for xanthate was studied.The results show that the product which is prepared at 120 ℃ and has a high specific surface area 146.11 m2/g performes the best photocatalytic activity and can decompose 75% of 80 mg/L xanthate under visible light within 2 h.The photocatalytic activity of the samples decreases with the increase of m(SiO2)/m(CuO) and is the best when the ratio is 2:1.
