摘  要:利用臭氧陶瓷膜组合工艺处理受有机物污染的河水,以膜通量、颗粒物和有机物为评价指标研究臭氧预氧化对不同孔径陶瓷膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:与陶瓷膜单独过滤相比,添加1~5 mg/L臭氧后,孔径为200,100和10 nm的陶瓷膜通量分别提高34.2%~38.8%,29.2%~56.4%和7.2%~12.2%。集成工艺能够使浊度降低99%以上,并可去除粒度为2~3μm的颗粒物,孔径为200,100和10 nm陶瓷膜出水颗粒含量分别低于60,40和30个/mL。单独陶瓷膜过滤对原水中CODMn的去除率为15.1%~30.8%。臭氧预氧化后,孔径为10 nm的陶瓷膜对CODMn的去除率提高11.0%~16.7%,但仅5 mg/L臭氧预氧化可显著改善孔径为100和200 nm陶瓷膜去除CODMn的性能,预氧化后去除率分别提高11%和24%;当臭氧投加量低于3 mg/L时,臭氧预氧化导致膜出水中CODMn浓度略微升高;单独膜过滤可去除约10.0%的UV254,集成工艺可将此值提高至12.0%~49.9%。臭氧预氧化是去除UV254的主要原因。The influence of pre-ozonation on the performance of ceramic membranes was investigated with an ozone-ceramic membrane hybrid testing system.Three ceramic membranes with different pore size were tested with raw water polluted by organic matter.The membrane flux,particulate matter and organic matter were used to evaluate the performance of ceramic membranes.Pre-ozonation led to the increase in flux of ceramic membrane related to the control.Compared with the membrane filtration alone,the fluxes in the hybrid process were improved by 34.2%-38.8%,29.2%-56.4% and 7.2%-12.2% for 200,100 and 10 nm ceramic membrane,respectively.It was found that the hybrid process can effectively remove particulate matter.More than 99% of turbidity was removed and the 2-3 μm particle count in permeate was less than 60,40 and 30 cnt/mL for 200,100 and 10 nm ceramic membrance.Membrane filtration alone resulted in a reduction of 15.1%-30.8% in the CODMn concentration.About 11.0%-16.7% increase in removal percentage was found for 10 nm ceramic membrane after pre-ozonation.However,pre-ozonation caused a slight increase in the concentration of CODMn in the effluent of 100 and 200 nm ceramic membrane after pre-ozonation with the ozone dosage of less than 3 mg/L.About 10% of UV254 can be removed by the single membrane filtration and it can be improved to 12.0%-49.9% in the hybrid process.The removal of UV254 was mainly attributed to the pre-ozonation.
