摘 要:电力系统中存在的二次设备"虚警"现象是制约智能电网建设的瓶颈之一。针对配电网中小电流接地选线装置经常发生误选的问题,提出一种基于一次、二次设备状态协同监测的故障诊断方法。该方法根据选线装置管理与维护的原理,分别采集一次线路相位信息和选线装置的选线结果,采用群体比相法判断选线装置工作状态是否正常。在配电网物理模拟平台中进行的仿真试验结果表明:当选线装置出现误选故障时,诊断系统能自动分析线路小电流接地故障录波数据和现场信息,给出选线装置出现误选的原因。该诊断方法可以辅助现场技术人员准确判断和消除选线装置的状态错误,确保小电流接地故障选线装置正常运行,为配电网故障检测、自愈及配网自动化二次设备改造提供理论与技术参考。Fault monitoring is an important function in distribution automation system.But the 'false alarm' of the secondary equipment in power system is one of the bottlenecks restricting the construction of smart grid.Aiming to solve the mistakenly select of small current grounding line selection device in distribution automation,a fault diagnosis method was proposed based on collaborative monitoring.According to professional knowledge and experience in management and maintenance of line selection device,group phase comparison method was used to judge the state of secondary equipment and research the method of state diagnosis.The simulation results show that it can automatically analyze the line small current grounding fault recorder data,field information,and auxiliary field technicians to accurately determine and eliminate the state of the line selection device errors to ensure the normal operation of the small current grounding fault line selection device.At the same time,the method proposed can contribute to self-healing of distribution automation and secondary equipment modification.
