摘　　要：带着一份期盼,裹着一腔诚意,时隔两年,来自国内外的1 000多家工程机械生产企业再次相聚BICES 2013,两年一度的盛宴就此拉开大幕。面对行业格局变幻,却依然有人逆势上扬取得不错的销售业绩,而市场竞争所带来的极端性结果——淘汰者和优胜者,也都再一次印证了品质创新在企业发展和应对外部环境变化当中的重要性。抓住机遇,迎头而上,加快创新,获取价值,这或许是此次展会"先机天下价值创新"最质朴的诠释,同时也是中国工程机械行业应该追求的方向。After two years,over 1000 construction machinery manufacturers from China and abroad gather together again during BICES 2013,and therefore start this biggest industry tradeshow of China.Facing up with the unclear market trend of the industry,still,there are a number of companies that had made good sales record during this downturn.The extreme results of market competition,the ones being eliminated and the ones surviving and prospering,once again prove the critical role that quality innovation plays in organization development and dealing with external changes.How to seek opportunity,to speed up innovation and gain value are probably the substantial explanation of the theme of this show- 'Seizing Opportunity and Creating Value',which also should be,at the same time,the development goal of Chinese construction machinery industry.
