艾滋病合并传染性软疣1例

摘　　要：患者男,60岁。面部及颈部脐凹样丘疹、消瘦7个月,呕吐、腹泻半个月。十年来有性乱史,1年前确诊艾滋病,CD4细胞198个/μL,曾抗病毒治疗半月。入院体检见极度消瘦和衰弱,颜面、颈部皮肤散在单发或多发有蜡样光泽的圆形丘疹,部分皮疹中心脐凹状。CD4细胞36个/μL。丘疹组织病理显示软疣小体。诊断为艾滋病合并传染性软疣、消耗综合征。A 60-year-old male patient was admitted with umbilicated papules on face and neck,weight lost for 7 months,and diahria for half a month.He used to have unsafe sex with prostitutes in the past ten years.He had been conformed as AIDS with CD4 count of 198 cell/μL a year ago when he received antiretroviral therapy for half a month.Examination on admission showed that he was extremely slim,with weakness and round wax-like luster papules on face and neck,one of which appeared to be concave in the center.CD4 count was 36cell /μL.The pathological biopsy of papule showed molluscous bodies..The diagnosis was AIDS combined with Molluscum contagiosum and wasting syndrome.
