祛风活血方治疗银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨祛风活血方治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法采用随机对照试验方法,将73例寻常性银屑病患者分为两组。治疗组用祛风活血方治疗;对照组采用复方青黛丸治疗;两组外用药物相同。疗程均为8周。结果同组治疗前后PASI评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.005);两组治疗前PASI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后PASI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛风活血方治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好、副作用少,值得在临床应用。Objective To explore the effects of Wind-Dispersing and Blood-Activating Decoction therapy for psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Patients with psoriasis vulgaris coming from our hospital were selected,who were divided into two groups randomly.Group therapy took Wind-Dispersing and Blood-Activating Decoction,group control took Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan,and two groups have same topical agents.The effects of two groups were observed in 8 weeks.Results After treating,the difference of the PASI score in the same group were significant(P < 0.005).The difference of the PASI score between two group before treating weren't significant(P > 0.05),and the difference of that after treating were significant(P < 0.05).The difference of the effects of two groups were significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The curative effects of Wind-Dispersing and Blood-Activating Decoction for psoriasis vulgaris is superior to the control group.It is safe and an effective alternative treatment for psoriasis vulgaris.
