带状疱疹伴急性尿潴留1例

摘　　要：患者男,26岁。左侧臀部群集性水疱伴疼痛1周,急性尿潴留2d。皮疹表现为左侧臀部、大腿数十个米粒至黄豆大小群集性丘疱疹、水疱,部分融合成片、结痂,未超过臀沟中线。根据临床表现以及典型皮疹,诊断为带状疱疹伴急性尿潴留。予以抗病毒、消炎、止痛等治疗后自行排尿。A 26-year-old man presented with blisters and pain in the left buttock for 1 week and with acute urinary retention for 2 days.There were dozens cluster of pimples and blisters on the left buttocks and thighs.The papules and blisters fused into the piece,covered with crusts,not over the ditch of buttock midline.Herpes zoster was diagnosed with acute urinary retention according to clinical manifestations and the typical rash.After therapies were given with against virus and inflammatory and pain,the patients urinated himself.
