应用妈富隆治疗HIV感染早孕妇女药流后出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨妈富隆治疗药物流产后阴道出血的效果。方法:将150例HIV感染早孕妇女随机分为2组。A组;药物流产排出孕囊后开始服用妈富隆,每晚1片(时间固定),连服21天停药。同时阿莫西林胶囊预防感染治疗。B组;药物流产排出孕囊后,给予米索前列醇片0.2mg,每12小时一次,共2次,阿莫西林胶囊预防感染治疗。结果:A组药物流产后阴道出血量同B组(P>0.05),但转经时间优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产后加服妈富隆能减少出血量及宫腔操作,使月经尽快恢复正常,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate Marvelon treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion effect. Methods 150 cases of HIV infection of early pregnant women were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A; drug abortion from gestational sac after taking mummy Fulong, every night 1 ( fixed time ), even served 21 days of drug withdrawal. At the same time preventing infection treated with amoxicillin capsules. Group B; drug abortion pregnancy sac after discharge, misoprostol tablets 0.2mg, every 12 hours, a total of 2 times, amoxicillin capsule in prevention and treatment of infection. Results in A group the amount of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion with group B (P>0.05), but the time better than group B (P<0.05). Conclusion after drug abortion by taking mummy Fulong can decrease the amount of bleeding and uterine cavity operation, make menses return to normal as soon as possible, it is worthy of popularization and application.
