浅谈针灸治疗肠易激综合征的常用取穴规律

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的常用特定穴与归经。方法:以"肠易激综合征"为主题词,系统检索中国期刊全文数据库近15年来所有相关临床文献,选择治疗取穴部分,录入相关数据,进行统计学处理。对其中13个常用穴位的归经、特定穴再次进行统计处理。结果:115例肠易激综合征(IBS)用以健脾和胃的穴位为主,疏肝理气的穴位为辅,13个常用取穴中以天枢(93.1%)、足三里(87.8%)和上巨虚(83.5%)出现次数为多,所属经脉以胃经和肝经穴位为主,特定穴以募穴为最多,八会穴次之。结论:以足阳明胃经的天枢、足三里、上巨虚为治疗IBS的首选取穴;募穴和八会穴是IBS的常用特定穴;选用肝经具有能祛风除湿,理气和胃的太冲、章门、期门穴是IBS治疗的重要补充。Objective:To study the irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) of acupuncture commonly used specific acupoints and meridian.Methods: using 'irritable bowel syndrome' as the theme of word retrieval system, Chinese Journal Full-text Database of nearly 15 years of all relevant clinical literature, selection of treatment acupoint selection part, input the relevant data, statistical analysis. The 13 commonly used acupoints and meridian,specific point again for statistical processing.Results: 115 cases of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is used mainly to the spleen and stomach meridians, acupoints by soothing the liver and regulating qi, 13 commonly used acupoints at Tianshu(93.1%), Tsusanli(87.8%) and Shangjuxu(83.5%), the stomach and liver meridians to meridians is the main, specific point to front-mu point at most,eight influential points more.Conclusion: the Yangming foot Tianshu, Zusanli, Shangjuxu for the treatment of IBS preferred acupoints;Front-Mu point and the eight influential points is a common specific point IBS;The liver is dispelling wind and dampness, regulating qi and stomach Taichong, chapter door, point LR14 is an important supplement to IBS treatment。
