对急性肾衰竭患者进行血液透析的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究用血液透析法治疗急性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析1997~2005年我院收治的45例急性肾衰竭患者的临床资料及其进行血液透析治疗的疗效。结果:在45例患者中,有28例(占62.2%)患者的肾功能逐渐恢复正常,有4例(占8.9%)患者自动出院,有13例(28.9%)患者因抢救无效而死亡。讨论:血液透析是治疗急性肾衰竭最有效的措施,可显著缩短患者的少尿期,较快控制其病情,提高其抢救成功率。Objective: To study the clinical effect of HD treatment of ARF. Methods: Our hospital from 1997 to 2005 45 cases of acute renal failure in patients with clinical data used in all 45 cases of HD therapy, retrospective analysis and observation of its efficacy. Results: 45 patients, 28 cases of renal function gradually returned to normal(62.2%), four cases were discharged(8.9%), 13 died(28.9%). Discussion: HD is the treatment of ARF, the most effective measures to help reduce oliguria, acute renal failure, helping to restore, improve the success rate.
