护理干预用于全髋关节置换术患者临床预后的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预用于全髋关节置换术患者临床预后的护理效果。方法将80例全髋关节置换术患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用健康教育路径方法对患者实施护理,对照组采用传统的护理方法对患者实施护理,分别观察两组患者的治疗、护理效果。结果两组患者在住院时间、住院费用、健康教育知晓率、满意度方面均有显著的差异(p<0.05)。结论护理干预用于全髋关节置换术患者临床预后的护理,可以缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,提高患者对护理质量的满意度和对疾病的认识,值得推广应用。objective:to study the nursing intervention for patients with total hip arthroplasty clinical outcomes of nursing effect.Methods:80 patients with total hip replacement were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.While the study group with health education path method to implement nursing patients and control group in the traditional nursing method to implement nursing patients were observed,two groups of patient care,nursing effect.Results:two groups of patients in hospitalization time,charge of be in hospital,health education and awareness,satisfaction were significant difference(p < 0.05).Conclusion:nursing intervention for patients with total hip arthroplasty clinical outcomes of care,can shorten hospitalization time and lower charge of be in hospital,improve the quality of care for patients with satisfaction and the understanding of the disease,it is worth for spreading application.
