从法律的角度分析加强手术室护士自身防护意识的重要性

摘　　要：目的:从法律的角度探讨分析加强手术室护士自身防护意识的重要性。方法:选取2008年9月至2012年9月间我院陆续进入手术室工作的22名护理人员作为研究对象,将2008年9月至2010年9月间进入手术室工作的11名护理人员设为对照组,对其进行手术室常规教育,将2010年9月至2012年9月间进入手术室工作的11名医护人员设为观察组,对其进行手术室常规教育及法律教育。将两组护理人员在手术室工作两年间的投诉率进行比较,并将比较的结果进行回顾性的分析。结果:观察组护理人员的投诉率明显低于对照组护理人员,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。在观察组护理人员工作期间,医疗纠纷事件的发生率明显低于对照组护理人员工作期间,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对手术室护理人员进行法律教育,可增加其法律知识,增强其法律意识,不仅能有效地减少医疗纠纷的发生,提高手术室的医疗质量,还能加强护理人员的自身防护意识,值得在临床上推广应用。@@@@Objective Discuss the importance of strengthening the operating room nurse their protection from the legal Angle Methods After the nurse of legal education, more than ever before significantly reduce the incidence of medical disputes, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and improve the nurses' self guard,more conducive to the protection of nurses. Results After the nurse of legal education, effectively reduce the incidence of medical disputes, improve the nurse's self protection, more conducive to the protection of nurses.Conclusion Strengthen legal education operating room nurse,can effectively reduce medical disputes,strengthen the protection of nurses, improve the medical quality of the surgery, has higher clinical value.
