摘　　要：原发性痛经(PD)指生殖器官无器质性病变的功能性痛经,临床表现为每次月经来潮前后或行经期间下腹及腰部有疼痛、坠胀感,严重时伴恶心、呕吐、面色苍白、手足冰冷,甚至晕厥。该病多发于青年未婚女性,常严重影响患者的工作、学习及生活质量。作者以中医理论为指导,以把握寒热为主,辨证治疗原发性痛经患者,取得较为满意的临床疗效。Primary dysmenorrhea (PD) refers to the reproductive organs without organic disease functional dysmenorrheal.The Clinical manifestations is related to menstruation abdomen and waist pain before after or during each menstrual cramps,in addition,it is felt to be heavy,nausea,vomiting,pale,cold limbs,and even syncope.The symptoms are usually shown in young unmarried women,and often severely affected their work\studying and life quality,learning and quality of life,based on Chinese medicine theory,The author has grasped the chills and fever, through syndrome differentiation in treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea, the authors have obtained relatively satisfactory clinical effect.
