对行镜下硬化治疗的食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行围手术期护理的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨对行镜下硬化治疗的食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行围手术期护理的临床效果。方法:对2010年1月～2013年1月期间我院收治的64例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们对这64例患者进行了术前护理、术中护理、术后护理、并发症护理和出院指导等围手术期护理。结果:这64例患者全部止血成功,止血的成功率为100%。在这64例患者中,有49例患者的静脉曲张消失,静脉曲张的消失率为76.5%。结论:对行镜下硬化治疗的食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行围手术期护理可有效地提高其止血的成功率和静脉曲张的消失率。此护理方法值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the nursing experience of sclerotherapy for esophageal varices bleeding under endoscope. In 64 patients with esophageal varices bleeding hardening methods in our hospital from 2010 January to 2013 January were broken. Do psychological counseling and treatment before operation,intraoperative cooperation to complete the operation,postoperative close observation of related index of patients, prevention of complications.Prior to discharge to knowledge related to health education, and to the family matters, in order to improve the cure rate, reduce the postoperative rebleeding. Results among the 64 patients,61 cases were no active bleeding. In patients with hemorrhage in 3 cases after wake up into the mirror again local tissue glue treatment,and intravenous infusion of octreotide acetate to control bleeding.All of the patients before and after 2 to 4 times after treatment,the symptoms disappeared. Conclusion endoscopic esophageal variceal bleeding sclerotherapy is safe and effective,nursing professional all play an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation process.
