摘　　要：目的:探讨施行外耳道闭锁成形术的最佳方案。方法:取耳后肌蒂皮瓣经耳后底部隧道行外耳道一期成型术治疗12例外耳道闭锁患者,观察其临床疗效。结果:对12例外耳道闭锁患者施行该手术疗法的成功率为100%。结论:取耳后肌蒂皮瓣经耳后隧道行外耳道一期成型术治疗外耳道闭锁的方法容易掌握,成功率高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the best treatment of angioplasty’s atresia. Method To get the ear muscle pedicle skin flap of the ear tunnels at the bottom after a period of external auditory meatus. Results The author in recent years on 12 patients with atresia of the purposes of the surgical success rate 100%. Conclusions Taking ear muscle pedicle skin flap of the ear tunnels at the bottom after a period of external auditory meatus, surgical method is easy to grasp, high success rate clinical destroy worth wide.
