为336例进行直视微创胆道手术的临床报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨进行胆道手术治疗的新方法。方法:对我院2007年12月至2012年10月收治的336例行直视微创胆道手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:在此336例患者中,行单纯性胆囊切除术的患者有317例,行胆囊切除、胆总管探查、T管引流术的患者有19例,发生胆管损伤的患者有3例(0.89%),发生术后大出血的患者有1例(0.30%),术中转行小切口手术的患者有4例(1.19%)。结论:直视微创胆道手术具有痛苦小、费用低、安全性高、疗效可靠、技术培训周期短等优点,是一种值得在临床上推广和应用的胆道手术法。Objective Using direct minimally invasive technology,explore new ways of biliary tract surgery,Methods Retrospective summary of qinghai oil field worker general hospital between December 2007 and October 2012,a total of 336 cases look minimally invasive surgery information summary analysis,Result In336 patients,317 underwent simple resection of the gallbladder,19 resection of gallbladder and common bile duct exploration and T tube drainage,including 3 cases of bile duct injury(0.89%),postoperative bleeding,1 case(0.30%),transfer through small incision in 4 cases(1.19%).Conclusion This small surgical trauma,high safety,look of minimally invasive surgery is safe and feasible in technology.
