摘　　要：建立科学、合理的利益分配机制是保障农产品加工企业供应链高效运行的关键。文章提出了建立利益分配机制的原则,归纳了现行利益分配机制的形式,并分析了各种形式的利弊,最后从以商品契约为纽带和以要素契约为纽带两个角度给出了具体的利益分配方法。To establish a scientific and rational benefit distribution mechanism is the key to the efficient operation of the supply chain of agricultural products processing enterprises.The paper presents the principle of establishing interest distribution mechanism,summarizes the current forms of the mechanisms,analyzes the pros and cons of the various forms of mechanism,and at last gives specific distribution methods from commodity contract and factor contract.
