摘　　要：根据工程地层分布特征不同,PHC管桩沉桩锤击数偏高、贯入困难时,往往会采取一些辅助沉桩措施,遇到沉桩问题不同,所需采取的措施也不一样.通过在一个工程中多种辅助沉桩措施的成功应用,积累了不少经验,总结出管桩的主要辅助沉桩措施及工艺,供同行相互借鉴、交流,共同提高对PHC管桩的施工认识水平.According to the different geological strata,some assisting measures and processes will be used when PHC pipe pile driving difficulty or the numbers of hammer is very high;measures taken are not the same as required.Through an engineering practice,a variety of experiences are summed up,so as to provide to the colleagues for reference,and jointly deepen the understanding of PHC pipe pile construction.
