摘 要:通过控制原料配比及添加不同成分的添加剂,在较低温度下采用固相烧结法合成了BaO-Nb2O5系微波介质陶瓷。通过改变原料配比及添加B2O3、CuO等添加剂,该类陶瓷的烧结温度可降至850℃左右。改变粉料的预烧温度也使得微波介质陶瓷的最终性能有一定的改变。结果表明,BaO:Nb2O5(摩尔比)为2.42:1的粉体经过1000℃预烧后,添加一定量的添加剂可在875℃下烧成,并具有如下微波介电性能:εr为41.23,Q×f为21500GHz,τf为6.2×10-6℃-1;实验证明该类陶瓷满足低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)的工艺要求并可以与银电极共烧。Microwave dielectric ceramics aBaO+bNb2O5 with good microwave dielectric properties were prepared by solid phase sintering at low temperature, through controlling the material ratio and adding different components of additives. The sintering temperature of the ceramics could decrease to 850 ℃ by superinducing the additives of B2O3 and CuO and changing the material ration. The results indicate that the microwave dielectric ceramics aBaO+ bNb2O5 could be sintered at 875 ℃ when setting presintering temperature 1000 ℃ , the matching a:b=2.42 and adding a certain amount of additives. The ceramics exhibit excellent microwave dielectric properties of εr = 41.23, Q×f=21500 GHz, and τf =6.2×10 -6 ℃ -1 , which can meet the process requirements of LTCC and have good compatibility with Ag electrode.
