摘  要:采用传统固相烧结法成功制备了Ho、Cr共掺BiFeO3(Bi0.9Ho0.1Fe1-xCrxO3,x=0.005,0.01,0.05,0.1,at%)陶瓷。XRD测试表明:制备的BHFCO为纯相,具有钙钛钙结构,属于R3c空间点群,随掺杂量的增加,晶格参数逐渐变小;SEM测试表明:随掺杂量的增加,BHFCO陶瓷的晶粒逐渐变小;铁电测试表明:随掺杂量的增加,BHFCO陶瓷的剩余极化值先增加后减小,在x=0.05处达到最大值20.25μC/cm2。Bi0.9Ho0.1Fe1-xCrxO3 (BHFCO, x=0.005, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1) ceramics were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. BHFCO ceramics have a perovskite rhombohedral R3c structure proved by XRD measurements, and the reduction of lattice parameter with Cr addition is observed. Well saturated ferroelectric hysteresis loops have been observed. The maximum remanent polarization is around 20.25 μC/cm 2 at x=0.05. Well saturated ferromagnetic hysteresis loops also have been observed. The maximum remnant magnetization and the maximum saturation magnetization are observed at x=0.1, and the values are 0.742 and 3.030 A·m 2 ·kg -1 respectively.
