摘  要:采用热压烧结法制备Ti/Al2O3复合材料,研究不同Nb掺量对复合材料的物相及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Nb可以与Al2O3解离出的Al结合成为AlNb2或AlNb3,抑制Al向Ti中的扩散,改善了材料的界面反应,提高材料力学性能;随Nb含量的增加,复合材料的相对密度、弯曲强度、断裂韧性、显微硬度均呈先增大再减小的趋势,在Nb含量为1.5%(体积分数,下同)时,相对密度、断裂韧性、显微硬度均达到最大值,分别为98.97%、5.18MPa·m1/2和16.56GPa,抗弯强度在Nb的掺入量为2%时达到最大值307.17MPa。Ti/Al2O3 composites with different contents of niobium were prepared by a hot pressing technique. The effect of niobium content on phases and mechanical properties of composites was studied. The results show Nb can prevent the reaction of dissociated Al atoms from Al2O3 with Ti by capturing Al atoms and combining AlNb2 or AlNb3 , which optimizes the interface reaction and improves mechanical properties of composite. The relative density, bending strength, fracture toughness and micro-hardness of the composites all increase with the Nb content increasing, and then decrease. Relative density, fracture toughness and micro-hardness reach maximum values of 98.97%, 5.18 MPa·m 1/2 and 16.56 GPa, respectively when the Nb content is 1.5 vol%, while the bending strength reaches the maximum value of 307.17 MPa when Nb content is 2.0 vol%.
