摘 要:采用热浸镀方法将陶瓷定向移动通过铝熔液,可以形成牢固地粘附在陶瓷表面的铝膜。利用X射线衍射法测定了沿C面切割氧化铝单晶热浸镀铝样品的宏观织构,发现热浸镀铝膜为多晶,和氧化铝C面之间取向多样,并不存在文献报道的低指数晶面异相外延生长关系。由此推断,采用热浸镀工艺之所以能使铝液在氧化铝表面铺展成膜,是由于铝和氧化铝表层氧原子发生化学反应,显著降低界面能所致。Ceramics-aluminum joints have found various practical applications. But Al oxidizes easily. The oxide film formed on the surface of Al impedes the joining of Al to ceramics. A layer of aluminum film can be formed on the ceramics after the ceramics moved unidirectionally through molten aluminum. By measuring the macro-texture of the sample using X-ray diffraction, it is found that Al grows on the surface of C-cut sapphire which expresses that some reaction occurs between Al and sapphire eventhough the hetero-epitaxial growth relationship is not unique. It is concluded that the spreading of Al liquid on alumina during dip-coating originates from the chemical reaction of Al atom with the oxygen atom on the surface of alumina, which can decrease the interface energy extremely.
