摘  要:分别选用Li2O烧结助剂和Y2O3-Al2O3复合烧结助剂作为对比,无压烧结氮化硅陶瓷,研究了Li2O对烧结致密化过程和相变过程的影响。结果表明,以Li2O作为烧结助剂,烧结系统的共晶液相在1200℃产生,颗粒重排可以在较低的温度下进行,且致密化速度较快,氮化硅的α-β相变过程被促进,在1600oC即可得到发育良好的β-Si3N4棒状晶。The Si3N4 ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering with both Li2O and Y2O3-Al2O3 as sintering additives. The effect of Li2O on densification and phase transition has been researched. In contrast to Y2O3-Al2O3 of sintering additives, the eutectic liquid appears at 1200 ℃ and the particles rearrangement starts at lower temperature with Li2O as sintering additives. The densification is accelerated with Li2O. The α-β phase transition of Si3N4 is accelerated with Li2O as the sintering additive. The elongated β-Si3N4 grains have been obtained at 1600℃
