摘 要:以Y2O3、SiO2、Al2O和α-Si3N4为原料,采用料浆喷涂工艺在多孔Si3N4基体表面制备出致密的Y-Si-Al-O-N陶瓷涂层。研究了原料中α-Si3N4含量对Y-Si-Al-O-N熔体结构的影响,以及对涂层组织和性能的影响。结果显示:随着α-Si3N4含量的增加,颗粒状的δ-Y2Si2O7晶粒逐渐增多,板条状的Keiviite-Y晶粒逐渐减少。涂层使多孔Si3N4的吸水率降低了94.2%~95.6%,起到了很好的封孔效果。涂层也使多孔Si3N4的硬度提高了239.3%~527.3%。Dense Y-Si-Al-O-N ceramic coating was prepared with oxides of Al2O3 , Y2O3 , SiO2 and α-Si3N4 by the slurry spraying on porous Si3N4 substrate. The α-Si3N4 content would affect the structural units of oxynitride melts in the surface layer, which in turn affects the microstructure and properties of the coating ultimately. The results show that δ-Y2Si2O7 grains increase gradually and Keiviite-Y grains decrease accordingly with the α-Si3N4 content increasing. Compared with the porous substrate, the as-received coating could seal the surface pores of porous Si3N4 , and decrease the water absorption obviously, by 94.2%~95.6%. Vickers hardness of porous Si3N4 is also increased by 239.3%~527.3% due to the coating.
