摘  要:电子束"毛化"技术是一项新兴的电子束表面加工技术,它可通过磁场对电子束实现精密控制,通过金属熔化、流动、堆积、冷却等过程实现表面"毛化"效果。该技术可被应用于金属与复合材料间的异种材料连接、表面涂层预处理等领域。应用计算流体动力学建立了可描述电子束"毛化"过程的数值模型,通过移动脉冲热源模型模拟电子束的快速重复扫描过程,应用VOF方法追踪熔池的自由表面,并通过编写用户自定义子程序实现外加能量/动量源项的加载。对不同频率下的电子束"毛化"过程进行模拟,结果与实验一致差值在10%以内,证明了模型的有效性。另外,模拟和实验均证明,当扫描频率为0.5 Hz时,可形成最佳"毛化"效果。Electron beam surfi-sculpt is a novel surface processing technique,in which by electron beam customized textured surface can be produced on metal substrate.In this paper,electron beam surfi-sculpt process was simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD),in which a moving pulse-heat model was used to describe the heating and a VOF model was applied to simulate free surface of molten pool.External momentum/energy sources were compiled into FLUENT by user-defined functions.The protrusion profiles under different scanning frequencies were calculated.The difference of simulation results and experiment results is within 10%,thus proving the validity of simulation model.Furthermore,both from simulation and experiments,it shows the best textured surface under scanning frequency equal to 0.5 Hz.
