摘 要:采用喷砂工艺对TC18钛合金电子束焊缝反面余高进行表面处理,在循环应力水平σmax=650 MPa下,分别检测反面余高表面未处理和喷砂处理过的焊缝疲劳循环寿命,并利用扫描电镜对疲劳试样断口的裂纹源形貌和裂纹扩展形貌进行观察分析。试验结果表明:在相同循环应力水平下,采用喷砂处理工艺处理TC18电子束焊缝后,改变了电子束焊缝余高与母材交界线表面形貌,使表面咬边缺陷的大小和数量均发生变化,使其疲劳循环寿命比表面未处理的焊缝提高了3倍以上。Abrasive blasting of the back of the welds were investigated on TC18 alloy with EBW,and the fatigue cycle life of the original state and abrasive blasting back of the jionts were tested under cycle stress 650 MPa,and the fracture surface were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Compared with that of the original joints,the morphology of the interface between weld back and base metal is changed for EBW joints with abrasive blasting,which also results in the alteration of the dimension and quantity of the undercut in weld back.The fatigue cycle life is enhanced by 3 times more than that of the untreated weld.
