摘 要:在650℃的水蒸气中对Super304H钢的抗氧化性能进行了研究,试样在氧化前进行了喷丸、沉积含稀土Ce的氧化物涂层或喷丸后再沉积含稀土的氧化物涂层的处理。使用GIXRD,SEM和EDX对氧化膜进行了分析。结果表明,喷丸或复合氧化物涂层均能提高Super304H的抗氧化性能,而喷丸叠加氧化物涂层能进一步提高抗氧化性能。分析认为喷丸在奥氏体钢表面产生的超细晶粒、滑移带及喷丸诱发的马氏体促进了Cr向表面扩散并形成富Cr的氧化物。含稀土的氧化物涂层在氧化初期为试样表面提供更低的氧分压,促进了富Cr氧化物的生成。Oxidation behaviors of Super304H steel were investigated at 650 °C in water vapor.The samples were prepared with shot peenig and/or oxide coating containing rare earth element.The oxide scales were studied with GIXRD,SEM and EDX.The results show that the oxidation resistance of the steel is effectively improved by shot peening and composite coating.The combine treatment of shot peening and oxide coating has a better effect.Shot peening process produces ultra-fine surface microstructure,plenty of slip bands and martensitic structure which result in an enhanced Cr diffusivity to form Cr rich oxides.RE containing oxide coating introduces lower oxygen partial pressure at the initial oxidation stage,promoting the formation of Cr rich oxides.
