摘 要:采用显微硬度与电导率测试、拉伸试验和晶间腐蚀实验、扫描电镜(SEM)观察,研究了强化固溶(470℃,2 h+480℃,2 h+490℃,2 h)及2%~3%预压缩后T6(121℃,24 h)和T7652时效(121℃,5 h+163℃,6 h)对7085铝合金硬度、电导率、拉伸性能与晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:T6态7085铝合金抗拉强度高达568.0 MPa,延伸率为10%,电导率为27.68%IACS;T7652态7085铝合金抗拉强度为546.5 MPa,延伸率为11.83%,电导率上升到32.87%IACS,较T6时效状态下的7085铝合金,在强度基本不改变的情况下,塑性提高了18.3%及电导率提高了18.75%,且抗晶间腐蚀性能得到明显地改善。研究结果说明7085铝合金经强化固溶T7652处理,合金强度损失不大,而其延伸率、电导率和抗晶间腐蚀性能得到明显改善。Effect of T6(121 °C,24 h) and T76(121 °C,5 h+163 °C,6 h) aging treatments after enhanced-solid-solution(470 °C,2 h+480 °C,2 h+490 °C,2 h) and 2%~3% compressive deformation on hardness,electric conductivity,tensile property and exfoliation corrosion of 7085 aluminum alloy were studied by means of microhardness tester and electrical conductivity test,tensile test and intergranular corrosion experiment,and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the tensile strength of 7085-T6 aging is as high as 568.0 MPa,the ductility is 10% and the conductivity is 27.68 %IACS;the tensile strength of 7085-T7652 is 546.5 MPa,the ductility is 11.83% and the conductivity is 32.87 %IACS.In comparison with the 7085 aluminum alloy after T6 ageing,the ductility and conductivity are increased by 18.3% and 18.75%,respectively.And the property of intergranular corrosion is improved apparently.It indicates that the elongation,electric conductivity and intergranular corrosion resistance of 7085 aluminum alloy after enhanced-solid-solution and T7652 aging treatment are improved apparently,while the decrease of strength is small.
