摘  要:在Gleeble 1500D热模拟试验机上对AZ31-1Sm合金在应变速率为0.01~1 s-1、变形温度为573~723 K条件下的流变行为进行研究。结果表明:AZ31-1Sm镁合金在热压缩变形中,当应变速率一定时,流变应力随着变形温度的升高而减小;而当变形温度一定时,流变应力随着应变速率的增大而增大;该合金的热压缩流变行为可用双曲正弦形式的本构方程来描述。在本实验条件下,AZ31-1Sm镁合金热变形应力指数n为8,其热变形激活能Q为160.8 kJ/mol。Hot compression tests of AZ31-1Sm magnesium alloy were performed on Gleeble 1500 at strain rates between 0.01~1 s-1 and deformation temperatures of 573~723 K.The results show that the flow stress increases with the strain rate increasing at the constant temperature,and the flow stress decreases with the deformation temperature increasing at the constant strain rate during the hot compression deformation of AZ31-1Sm magnesium alloy.It indicates that during the hot compression,the peak value of flow stress of this alloy could be depicted by the hyperbolic-sine mathematical model preferably.The hot deformation activation energy Q derived from the experimental data is 160.8 kJ/mol with stress exponent n=8.
