摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备出K0.5Nd0.5TiO3和K0.5Sm0.5TiO3微粉,并利用此微粉烧结出成相良好的介电陶瓷。用X射线衍射(XRD)法测定了K0.5Nd0.5TiO3和K0.5Sm0.5TiO3粉末室温点阵常数,确定K0.5Nd0.5TiO3和K0.5Sm0.5TiO3的室温相均为立方钙钛矿结构,空间群为Pm3m,K0.5Nd0.5TiO3的a=b=c=0.388 71(5)nm,V=0.058 73(2)nm3,K0.5Sm0.5TiO3的a=b=c=0.388 01(35)nm,V=0.058 42(15)nm3,并指标化其衍射线,给出了K0.5Nd0.5TiO3和K0.5Sm0.5TiO3粉末的多晶XRD数据。Perfectly-sintered K0.5Nd0.5TiO3 and K0.5Sm0.5TiO3 dielectric ceramics were fabricated with K0.5Nd0.5TiO3 and K0.5Sm0.5TiO3 powders prepared by Sol-Gel process.Determined by X-ray diffraction at room temperature,compounds K0.5Nd0.5TiO3 and K0.5Sm0.5TiO3 possess cubic lattice type(space group Pm 3 m) with lattice parameters a=b=c=0.388 71(5) nm and V=0.058 73(2) nm3 for K0.5Nd0.5TiO3,a=b=c=0.388 01(35) nm and V=0.058 42(15) nm3 for K0.5Sm0.5TiO3.Their patterns were indexed and their polycrystalline X-ray diffraction data were also listed.
