摘 要:采用微弧氧化(MAO)-电化学沉积(ECD)方法在钛基材表面构建含有钙、磷的粗化、活化种植体表面。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、表面接触角仪、万能电子试验机和聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)、激光共聚焦显微镜(LCSM)分别检测其形貌、晶相结构、表面润湿性、结合强度和评估体内外生物性能。结果表明:纯钛在MAO-ECD处理后,试样表面润湿性、结合强度明显提高,接触角由42°减小到26°。涂层与基体结合紧密达(45.24±1.98)MPa。微弧氧化-电化学沉积复合涂层具有优良细胞增殖特性,β1-integrin/β-actin基因表达最高达0.998,体内成骨性能优良。采用微弧氧化-电化学沉积复合技术,可改善涂层表面状态,获得良好生物活性的涂层,提高种植的成功率。Coarse and bioactive coatings containing Ca and P elements were prepared by means of microarc oxidation(MAO)and electrochemical deposition(ECD) methods on pure titanium surfaces.The oxide coatings were analyzed for surface morphology,cross section morphology,microstructure,surface wettability.and bond strength with SEM,XRD,surface contact angle meter,and universal electronic testing machine,respectively.Polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and laser confocal scanning microscopy(LCSM) were employed to evaluate in vivo and in vitro biocompatibility.The results show that Ti surfaces have a significant change of contact angle from 42° to 26° by MAO-ECD treatment,and the bond strength of composite coatings reaches(45.24±1.98) MPa.The MAO-ECD composite coatings present excellent cell proliferation characteristics,β1-integrin/β-actin gene expression is up to 0.998,and have good bone formation in vivo.The coating surface state is improved and the good bioactive coatings are obtained though the MAO- ECD composite technique,which is beneficial to improve the success rate of planting.
