金属离子改性电化学合成PAN膜性能研究

摘  要:利用电化学测试技术、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对在苯胺-硫酸电解液体系中,加入Zn2+、Mn2+、Ni2+金属离子改性电化学合成聚苯胺膜(PAN)性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用恒电流法制备PAN膜时,Zn2+、Mn2+、Ni2+金属离子的加入使PAN膜的形貌由颗粒状尺寸不均转变为纤维状规则形貌,改性后PAN膜交流阻抗明显增大,10%HCI点滴腐蚀时间达5 h,中性盐雾实验36 h未见锈蚀。To study the effect of metal ion Zn2+,Mn2+,and Ni2+ on the properties of the PAN thin films by electrochemical synthesis,electrochemical measurement technology was used for PAN thin films in the aniline-sulfuric acid electrolyte system.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were also employed to analyze the modified polyaniline film.The rusult shows that when using Galvanostatic method and the morphology of the PAN films would change from granular uneven size into the fibrous inerratic morphology when adding Zn2+,Mn2+,and Ni2+ in the electrolyte system.The alternating current impedance of the modified PAN membrane is significantly increased.The dripping corrosion test time would be 5 h through the 10% of HCI,and the neutral salt spray test has not found the rust within 36 h.
