摘  要:以粒度小于25μm的Ni16Cr9Al预合金细粉末为原料,采用模压成形、真空烧结的方法制备了Ni16Cr9Al多孔材料,研究了Ni16Cr9Al预合金粉末的成形和烧结性能。结果表明:Ni16Cr9Al细粉末的压制成形性能较差,压坯强度低;烧结过程中,径向收缩大于轴向收缩,最大孔径和透气系数随烧结温度的升高而减小,1130℃烧结温度制备的Ni16Cr9Al多孔材料孔径细小,孔径分布均匀。Using Ni16Cr9Al pre-alloy powder with<25 μm particle size as starting material,porous Ni16Cr9Al material was prepared by pressing and vacuum sintering fine powder of grain size less than 25 μm.The performances of the pre-alloyed Ni16Cr9Al powder forming and the sinter were investigated.The results show that the molding ability of the raw Ni16Cr9Al powder is relatively poor and the strength of the green body is lower.The shrinkage of the radial direction is more than that of the axial in the course of sintering.The maximal pore size and the permeability decrease with the increase of the sintering temperature.The porous Ni16Cr9Al material prepared at 1130 ℃ sintering temperature has a small pore size with a homogeneous distribution.
