摘 要:以天然大茴香醛为原料,与发酵法生产的天然丙酮缩合,制得茴香叉丙酮,再经氢化得到茴香丙酮,最后将茴香丙酮进行脱甲基反应,制得天然覆盆子酮。采用测量同位素14C方法,确定其天然度为98%以上。Using natural anisic aldehyde as raw material,anisylidene acetone was synthesized via condensation with natural acetone obtained after fermentation,then,it was converted into anisyl acetone through hydrogenation,the demethylation was conducted to get natural raspberry ketone finally.The natural degree of the final product was determined by isotope14C method,which was up to 98%.
