摘　　要：采用天然甲醇制备溴甲烷,再将溴甲烷与天然糠醛进行格林尼亚反应制得α-甲基呋喃甲醇,最后进行氯化水解制得天然麦芽酚。在制备格氏试剂时,先用少量格氏试剂对反应混合物进行引发,能使格氏试剂制备时的反应条件更温和,反应更易进行,可减少原先工艺操作中的危险性。By using natural methanol as raw material,the methyl bromide was prepared,then it was reacted with natural furfural via Grignard reaction to form α-methyl furan methanol,finally,natural maltol was obtained after chloride hydrolysis of this product.When preparing the Grignard reagent,the reaction mixture should be activated with less Grignard reagent to maintain mild reaction conditions and make it running easily,so as to decrease the risk of original process.
