摘　　要：响应面法是利用数学方法和统计方法相结合,通过多元二次回归方程拟合各个因素与响应值之间的函数关系,从而寻求最优工艺参数的一种实验设计方法。文章介绍了响应面法Box-Behnken设计原理,并对其在植物活性成分多糖、黄酮、多酚、生物碱、三萜类、蒽醌、精油提取中的应用进行综述,引用参考文献65篇。The response surface method is an experimental design method for as to seek the optimal process parameters,which is combination of mathematical and statistical method through both function relation of multiple quadratic regression equation fitting each factor and the related response values.The paper briefly introduced the design principle of the Box-Behnken,and summarized its application progress of extracting active components of plants in polysaccharide,alkaloids polyphenol,triterpene,and fine oil with 65 references.
