摘 要:利用微波辐射提取穿地龙根茎中的薯蓣皂苷元,研究了料液比,微波辐射的温度,时间,功率对提取率的影响,采用单因素和正交试验法对微波法提取穿地龙中薯蓣皂苷元的工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:穿地龙中薯蓣皂苷元微波提取的最佳条件为料液比1∶25,提取时间5 min,提取温度90℃,提取功率500 W,提取率0.766%。优选的得到的微波提取工艺快速,环保,高效,稳定性好。Extraction of Diosgenin from Dioscorea nipponica Mak.by microwave,the ratio of extracting material and ethanol,temperature,time,power of radiation and ethanol concentration were selected as four factors to Orthogonal experimental design the optimum condition of extraction was obtained.The results showed that the optimum condition of extraction is as following:temperature of radiation 90℃,time of radiation 5min,power of radiation 500w,the ratio of extracting material and ethanol 1∶25,and extracting ration 0.766%;the advantage of extracting by microwave is quick,environmental protection,high efficiency and good stability.
