摘 要:以钻屑法理论为基础,利用打钻屑检测孔过程中钻屑量变化规律和出现的动力现象,采用对比分析的方法,对耿村煤矿13210回采工作面采用卸压钻孔方法防治冲击地压的实施效果进行分析。分析结果表明,采用卸压钻孔方法使钻屑量最大值及大于3 mm的钻屑粒度等值都有所降低,进而在一定程度上降低了冲击地压危险性,但是未能使支承压力峰值带往煤体深部转移,说明应改变当前的卸压钻孔施工工艺,调整施工参数。分析结果也表明在采用卸压钻孔方法的同时,还应采取其他防治冲击地压的措施,从而达到对冲击地压的有效解除。Based on the theory of drilling cutting method, using the variation of drilling cutting weight and dynamic phenomenon in the process of stiking borehole pressure relief, the effect of pressure relief drilling to prevent rock burst in Gengcun Coal Mine is analyzed through comparison and analysis.The analytical results show that the method of pressure relief drilling makes the maximum value of weight and granularity of drilling cuttings greater than 3 mm or above be reduced, and it further reduces rock burst hazards in some degree. However, it fails to make abutment pressure peak zone transfer to deep coal, indicating that the current construction process of borehole pressure relief should be optimized and the construction parameters should be adjusted. The analytical results show that when the method of pressure relief drilling is used, other measures should be used to prevent rock burst so as to effectively remove rock burst.
