摘 要:基于3根深嵌岩钢筋混凝土灌注桩的竖向静载荷试验及桩身力学测试,研究了胶州湾填海地区全风化泥岩地基嵌岩灌注桩的荷载传递机理与承载特性。试验结果表明:竖向荷载作用下,3根试桩桩身轴力随深度增加逐渐减小,桩侧摩阻力自上而下逐步发挥,且全风化泥岩层侧摩阻力最大,约占桩顶荷载的60%;最大荷载作用下,3根试桩桩端阻力占总荷载的7.9%~9.3%,均表现出摩擦桩特性。研究成果对同类地区全风化泥岩地基中深嵌岩灌注桩的设计施工及研究具有借鉴意义。Based on the vertical static load tests and pile body mechanics tests on three deep rock-socketed ferroconcrete pouring piles, the load transfer behaviors and bearing characteristics of the piles implanted into weathered mudstone layer in the Jiaozhou Bay reclamation area are analyzed. The test results show that under the vertical load, the axial force of piles decreases gradually with the increasing depth, the side friction of piles comes into play gradually from top to bottom, and the side friction of fully weathered mudstone layer is the largest as it accounts for about 60% of the pile top load. Under the maximum load, the tip resistance of the three test piles accounts for 7.9%~9.3% of the total load, and three piles show properties of friction piles. This study is useful for the design and construction of weathered mudstone foundation deep rock-socketed piles in similar areas.
