摘　　要：对某热轧带钢矫直机机架进行受力分析,应用CATIA软件建立了机架有限元分析计算模型,并分析计算了单机架的应力场、位移场,并按照设计标准对计算结果进行检验,为机架的设计和优化提供依据。In this paper,the force of the leveler framework of hot strip mill unit is analyzed,and the finite element analysis model of roll housing is established based on CATIA.The authors have analyzed and counted the stress field and displacement field to the single framework by the CATIA program.Then above results are compared with the design standard,which can offer the proof of design scheme and optimization.
