摘 要:连续退火炉热效率一般较低,如何提高能源利用率显得尤为重要。以国内某企业现有热镀锌连续退火炉为分析对象,通过总结大量理论计算结果和现场实际生产数据,得出结论,认为与其它余热回收方式相比较,低压换热器余热回收技术是最经济、最便捷的余热回收方式,排烟温度最低可以降低到80℃。另外分析了蓄热式燃烧技术在连续退火炉的应用特点,认为这种技术不如低压换热器余热回收方式稳定,产品成本也没有优势。The thermal efficiency of continuous annealing furnace is generally low,so it' s important to improve the usage efficiency of energy.Taking an existing,hot galvanizing continuous annealing furnace of a domestic enterprise as analytical object,by summarizing a large number of theoretical results and actual field production data,it's concluded that comparing with other waste heat recovery methods,low pressure heat exchanger recovery technique was the most economic and efficient of all.The waste gas temperature can be cut down to 80℃ low.The application features of regenerative combustion technology in continuous annealing furnace is also analyzed,considering that this technology is not as stable as regenerative combustion technology and it's without product cost advantage.
