摘　　要：介绍了一种新型线棒材回转式飞剪机。其上下刀头的剪刀布置与传统的线棒材回转式飞剪有所不同,使得上下剪刃在剪切较大轧件时更易于切入轧件,剪切坯料厚度可大大提高,这种回转式飞剪可替代传统的曲柄飞剪用于线棒材1#飞剪。A special type of rotary flying shear used for rod and rolling process is introduced.The arrangement for the coupling knives on the upper and lower knife holders is different from that of old style flying shears and make it easier to cut much thicker billets.Mean while this type of rotary shear can be used for No.1 flying shear in the rod and wire rolling process instead of the traditional crank flying shear.
