摘　　要：介绍了当前国内小型棒材轧机发展历史及目前情况,以YG小型棒材轧机的工艺与设备为例,分析了当前我国典型小型棒材轧机的工艺与设备特点。为实现小型棒材国产化,在生产工艺与设备上进行了适合国情的改进与创新,确保小型棒材生产线成熟可靠,高产、高效、节能。The current domestic small bar mill development history and present situation are introduced,As an example of the equipment and technology of YG small bar mill,the current situation of China's typical bar rolling process and equipment features are analyzed.In order to realize the localization of the bar,the improvement and innovation for the national conditions in the production process and equipment have been done,to ensure that the small bar production line is mature and reliable,high yield,high efficiency,energy saving.
