摘　　要：介绍了开卷机的结构型式,阐述了开卷机设计过程中的注意要点,介绍了如何根据生产线类型和工艺参数选取合适的结构,分析了开卷机主参数的计算方法,可作为开卷机新设备设计和老设备改造的设计参考。The structure of payoff reel is introduced. The matters need attention are represented in design procedure of payoff reel. Which is introduced that how to select suitable structure according to the production-line type and processing parameter. In addition,the principal parameters of payoff reel are analyzed,which can be a design reference of new payoff reel design and old payoff reel renovation.
