摘　　要：穿孔轧制是无缝钢管加工过程的一道重要工序,为提高穿孔效率,配置稳定的高效穿孔机导板快速更换装置是无缝钢管技术领域的一项重要课题。介绍了一种高效锥形穿孔机导板快速更换装置的结构及动作流程,并对其重点零部件进行受力分析。该导板快速更换装置能够满足高节奏、高产能的穿孔轧制要求,具有控制孔型精度高、设备运行稳定、自动化控制程度高、易于检修维护等特点。Piercing rolling seamless steel machining process is an important step in order to improve the efficiency of perforation,perforation machine configuration is stable and efficient quick guide device is a seamless replacement technology is an important issue. This paper describes an efficient conical punch guide quick change device configuration and operation processes,and stress analysis of its key components. The guides are quick replacement device can meet the high tempo,high energy piercing rolling requirements,with control hole high precision,stable operation of equipment,high degree of automation,easy repair and maintenance and so on.
