特殊钢锭翻转装置的结构设计与应用

摘　　要：对特殊超大钢锭翻转装置的功能特点、用途以及目前钢锭的上线上料方式中存在的问题进行了阐述说明;并对本翻转装置的设计结构、工作原理、操作使用方式进行了较为详细的说明;本翻转装置在江阴兴澄特钢4300mm宽厚板轧钢工程中得到实际应用,经实际应用考核表明,本翻转装置运行平稳可靠、操作灵活方便、控制准确可靠,翻转周期任意可调,达到预期目的,值得大力推广应用。The characteristics and function of super special bloom are introduced in the article; the exposition of open question in the up line of feeding bloom is given,the design construction,principle of work and operation mode of the super special bloom turnover mechanism are technical described. The turnover mechanism is applied in the 4300mm width and heavy steel plate project of Jiang yin xing cheng special mill. With the actual qualify for the mechanism these results are followed. The turnover mechanism is stable in operation,flexible and convenient in manipulation,accurate and reliable in control. The periodic time of the mechanism can be random adjusted which can achieve the predefined object. The mechanism is worth in widespread generalization applying.
